Mary Hamer Named a VIP Member of Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Interior & Exterior Design

Ms. Hamer has been an interior designer for more than 30 years. She started working with model homes for builders for more than 15 years and was featured in 10 pages of Architectural Digest in 1992. Since then, her work has been featured in numerous magazines, including LUXE Orange County. Ms. Hamer is an expert at taking a vision and making it a reality, always making sure to achieve the design concept that her clients want while keeping the project cost effective.

Talented in all aspects of design, Ms. Hamer works in a variety of venues, including residences, restaurants and even boats. She has created stunning exteriors for entire building common areas and recreation areas, complete with color selection hardscape and landscape designs. Her work with builders, contractors and architects starts from the ground up and blossoms into a work of art.

In addition to honing her natural creativity, Ms. Hamer attributes her success to working hard and building a good rapport with her clients. She became involved in her profession because she had been designing all her life and never realized it. She was an art major in college and always dreamed of going to design school. Encouraged by family members to pursue her passion, she enrolled in design school, and that was the start of a successful career in the interior design industry.

Ms. Hamer holds an associate's degree in design from the California Institute of Applied Design. She is a former member of the Building Industry Association and in 2008, she received an award for Best Master Suite in the 5 Million and Up Category from Parade of Homes. In five years, Ms. Hamer will be ready to retire, but in the mean time, she looks forward to continuing to design and do what she loves.
