A widely regarded musician and music educator, Ms. Brady has provided private piano lessons since 1955, and she has shared her talents as a performer on television and radio programs. From 1978 to 1980, she served as the legislation coordinator with the board of directors for the Philharmonic Affiliates in Los Angeles. She is also recognized as the former president of the Junior Philharmonic Committee, a position she held in 1975 and 1976.
A lifelong learner, Ms. Brady has completed coursework at Stanford University, the University of California, Los Angeles, and the University of Southern California. In addition, she has completed private studies with numerous notable musicians, including Roxanna Byers, Dorothy Desmond, and Rudolph Ganz.
Outside of her career as a performer and educator, Ms. Brady served as the president of the Los Angeles chapter of the Stanford Women's Club of Southern California. She maintains involvement with several organizations, including the American College of Musicians Club and Springs Country Club. She is recognized as a lifelong member of St. Vincent Medical Center. She served on the board of directors with the Hollygrove-Los Angeles Orphans Home, Inc. She previously worked as a Los Angeles trustee with St. Francis Medical Center between 1984 and 1988. She has been featured in a wide range of honors publications, including Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the West, and Who's Who of American Women.
