Thorpe to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of her remarkable work in the Healthcare Industry. As Owner and President of Applause Therapeutic Massage for the past 9 years, Linda has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

Applause Therapeutic Massage is a business which provides a wide variety of massage therapy services. Among the services they provide are Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, hot stone massage, enhanced detoxification, sports massage, neuromuscular trigger point therapy, and prenatal massage.

Linda possesses particular expertise in treating Sciatica as well as neck, back and shoulder pain. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the practice. Linda utilizes an interactive approach in evaluating body, mind, spiritual and emotional issues which may be the cause of tension and pain.

During her educational career, Linda earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Edinboro University. She is also a Registered Massage Therapist, certified by the Center of Advanced Therapeutics. In addition, she acquired a great deal of medical knowledge from Lois Cheney who served as a Registered Nurse for 46 years.

Linda is a member of the Association of Body Work and Massage Professionals. She also serves as the corporate massage therapist for Gates Rubber Company. Linda is a Massage Therapy Instructor at Heritage College. Additionally, she provides outcall therapy services to house bound seniors.
