Over the years his experiences at Sunbeam, Panasonic, Le Creuset, and most recently Tramontina, Morgan quickly advanced to more intricate opportunities where he created new corporate sales and marketing programs based on branding and feature differentiation of the company's existing products. With Morgan's substantial amount of knowledge in both departments as well as in the cookware industry itself, he will be critical in implementing new ideas and strategies that will assist Mastrad in broadening their sales and marketing efforts nationwide.
