/24-7PressRelease/ -- Mattamy Homes USA recently acquired 114 town home sites at Tuscany Place at Millennia, located at Millennia Blvd. and Florazante Ave. near the Mall at Millennia in southwest Orlando.
Laura Bailey, vice president of sales and marketing for Mattamy Homes USA in the Orlando, said two and three-bedroom town homes at Tuscany Place at Millennia will range in size from 1,423 square feet of living space to 1,700 square feet. Pricing will start from the $190s, Bailey said.
The Mediterranean-style town homes will feature tile roofs with one and two-car garages.
Construction of model town homes will start in January and presales will begin in February.
Mattamy Homes USA, which is relocating to new headquarters facilities on Park Ave. in Winter Park, operates home building divisions in Orlando, Jacksonville, Charlotte, Minneapolis and Phoenix.
