A native Texan, Matthew grew up in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area and found a love for music and the bass guitar at an early age. His dedication led to a musical career as a bass player with several bands over the years, and he continues to play today. He currently plays with various artists in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area. Discovering Stephen King's books as a teen, he realized that was a genre that interested him. He read and collected all of King's works.
