The KILIAN process tackles Communication from a three-dimensional perspective. It is multidisciplinary in nature and constructivist in both development and implementation. The KILIAN constructivist procedure defines a set of objectives from the socio-linguistic, meta-cognitive and pedagogical perspectives, which once achieved modify the communication habits of an individual to show higher levels of social empathy, which in turn facilitates more effective knowledge exchange.
KILIAN is the only assessment method that uses academic and business criteria to monitor and evaluate developmental progress in quantitative terms throughout the training experience, thus adding value to the training process. Its main objective is the mastery of the communication, cognitive and social skills for less stressing and stressful leadership in a culturally diverse world working together to create a sustainable Economy-Based Global Peace.
