In 1952, Ms. Ronglien received her diploma from Owatonna High School in Owatonna, MN. She is affiliated with the National Association of Mental Health and is a former member of the Owatonna Chapter of the National Association of Insurance Women.

Ms. Ronglien frequently donates to charities including The Salvation Army, the Paralyzed Veterans of American, the Disabled Veterans of America, the Steele County Food Shelf and the Union Gospel Mission in Saint Paul, MN. She has received the Paul Harris Fellowship from the Rotary Club, and Woman of the Year in 1993 from the Business and Professional Women of Minnesota.
