Howard Collens represents clients throughout Detroit and southeastern Michigan in matters involving estate planning, probate and elder law. He helps families navigate the complexities of the probate process and trust administration, and guides clients through the sale, distribution or short sale of real estate holdings by probate and trust estates. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Wayne County Probate Bar Association. Collens also is a member of the Trust Board for the Boys and Girls Club of South Oakland County, serves on the Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and has been appointed to the Huntington Woods Senior Advisory Council. He graduated from the University of Michigan and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
