The services are designed provide better overall results and assurances to the industry and its leadership companies. The new offerings include; Service Contract Audits, Outside Counsel Billing Audits, Electronic Data Recovery services.
Each of the new warranty consulting professional services is based on McCusker & Company's warranty & service contract consulting programs. The first of these services, Service Contract Audits will provide a performance evaluation of the contracted agency and is an assessment of the quality of services provided. The evaluation assesses whether the contracted agency is providing the services intended in the contract. The assessment also examines whether the program is effectively and efficiently designed and delivered.
The second of these services, Outside Counsel Bill Auditing will provide legal auditors who will conduct a detailed analysis of original time records, attorney work production, expenses and hourly rate benchmarks. The purpose of a legal bill auditing is to save money for the insurance company and their clients. Many audits measure performance and quality of services in addition to cost alone.
