Under the terms of this agreement, McCusker & Company LLC has agreed to assist their new client Elite Force LLC in the development and marketing of their respective products and services through a new nationwide franchise.
McCusker & Company LLC develops the competitive service contract programs and administration tools, which are licensed by McCusker & Company LLC and others in the warranty insurance industry.
The agreement will allow McCusker & Company LLC to develop the underwriting and service contract programs, onsite service relationships, parts programs, and other services that the national franchise will utilize and under a special agreement with McCusker & Company LLC's underwriters, administrators and program managers.
