While the two companies will operate under their individual names now, their joint operating agreement states that McMann & Tate will be known as MaSM within the next 12 months.
McMann & Tate is a Perrysburg, Ohio based company that works with clients to improve their online and direct marketing efforts. MaSM is a company that sets qualified appointments for sales forces, streamlines sales processes and consults on improving selling methods.
Elizabeth Duggan, president of McMann & Tate said the marriage of the two companies is a good one. "We are both involved in direct marketing and finding the shortest route to increased revenues for our clients. Our philosophies are very similar and we can now offer perfectly tailored solutions."
"The methods to increase sales are changing quickly, with many of the older approaches failing. Traditional forms of advertising like TV, radio and print just aren't as effective as they once were. We show our clients that change is good", said Duggan.
The offerings of the new joint operating company will focus exclusively on sales improvement, sales force optimization, revenue enhancement and data base marketing including text message advertising and email campaigning.
