/24-7PressRelease/ - Leeds, UK, August 31, 2008 - Five-star hotel brand Sheraton, part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, has announced that its first ever apartment 'Residences' will be available to purchase at the Med Group's Bonmont golf and residential community on the Costa Daurada, south of Barcelona.
Seven buildings, each with four, luxury two-bed Residences, are being built next to the 136-room, five-star Sheraton Bonmont Golf Resort & Spa - each apartment, which will be fully furnished and appointed in the same stylish fittings as the hotel, will be priced from euros 600,000.
The 120 sq m Residences, a first for the Sheraton brand, can be divided into two units offering owners a unique opportunity to either own and live in the whole apartment, live in one half and rent the second out, or rent all of it either as two one-beds or one two-bed.
Rentals are being managed by the Sheraton hotel in Bonmont giving flexible rental income depending on usage and owner peace-of-mind - in addition, for non-cash buyers, each luxury residency is available to purchase through an 80 per cent mortgage.
The hotel and apartments, which are now built and currently in the process of being furnished to the Sheraton's high standards, will officially open at the beginning of 2009.

Situated 80 miles from the centre of Barcelona, the 130-hectare Bonmont residential community is located between the mountains and the sea. When complete it will be home to around 1,000 residential units - not exceeding a 30 per cent maximum density building standard - plus the Sheraton Bonmont Golf Resort & Spa.
The development is built around a spectacular par 72, 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr and facilities include three large swimming pools, chip and putt, tennis courts, paddle tennis and a large, multi-purpose sports pitch.
The clubhouse, which has wide-ranging sea and golf course vistas, is home to the golf academy, a fully-equipped gym, a bar as well as a restaurant offering fine Mediterranean cuisine.
The Sheraton Residences are designed in a contemporary style and are available as either two-bed ground floor apartments with garden or two-bed first floor apartments with terrace - all enjoy panoramic views stretching from the mountains to the sea.
Rooms are fully furnished and fitted to the five-star Sheraton standard and also include exclusive touches such as the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed.
Reus airport is 15 minutes from Bonmont and Barcelona airport just 75 minutes.
