/Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Melissa G. Grubbs, Physician Liaison at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, has been recognized by
Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of medical administration.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Grubbs has spent the last two years acting as a liaison between physicians and patients, visiting doctors' offices and promoting services in the hospital community and surrounding counties. A product of the University of Kentucky, she received her Associate's Degree in Radiology in 2005 and is a registered radiologic technologist. She is a member of the American Association of Physician Liaisons (ASRT) and volunteers with the Hope Clinic, her children's school and United Way.
In addition to her career in healthcare, Ms. Grubbs is involved in literacy and church programs, including serving as a second grade Sunday school teacher and youth group assistant for teens, and county leadership programs. She aspires to become more involved with physician recruiting and enjoys camping and spending time with her family in her spare time.
Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care including emergency care, orthopedic care, behavioral health, diagnostic, rehabilitation and laboratory services.
