Men are Pigs (And THAT'S a Good Thing!) Reaches 25K Facebook Likes

In forthcoming book, author Ron Sturgeon shares 26 ways to spot women who need, not want, sex.

FORT WORTH, TX, September 10, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Men are Pigs (And That's A Good Thing!) is a new guide to help single men and women be more successful in love, in bed, and in marriage. Written by a Fort Worth commercial real estate developer, Ron Sturgeon, the book contains plain spoken advice based upon hundreds of interviews with singles and couples.

"I'm not surprised that the book's Facebook page is doing well," said Sturgeon. "Facebook is full of young, single people who want to know what really works in dating, mingling, and mating."

"Even though there's a lot written about how to succeed in marriage and relationships and how to find a soulmate, most of it comes from a politically correct point of view that won't be truthful about the differences between the sexes," said Sturgeon.

"Men want more sex and women insist they are giving their men plenty," said Sturgeon. "That's a major disconnect that hurts many relationships and indicates that conversations that should take place are not happening." Ultimately, a person who is dating needs to have the right mindset insists Sturgeon. It's best to have thought about and listed deal breakers and filters before diving into the dating pool, but to date widely among persons who are "not wrong, rather than immediately excluding anyone who isn't Mr. or Mrs. Right."

"Both men and women tell a lot of lies when they date, and the ones about sex are potentially the most damaging to the prospects for happy long-term relationships," said Sturgeon. "I recommend telling the truth about how important sex is to you because matches between high sex drive and low sex drive people don't usually work out. Most men want sex but a relationship between a man and woman with low sex drives might work out fine."

For men who enjoy sex and have high sex drives, Sturgeon has compiled what he calls the Holy Grail, a list of characteristics exhibited by women who need, not want sex. Sturgeon asked each of the hundreds of men he interviewed for the book to recall an encounter one with a woman much-higher-than-average sex dive. He asked men who had encountered them about the behaviors and signals sent by these women with outsized libidos.
