The 2009 Mercedes Benz Limited Edition S550 is a powerful sedan that is equipped with a 382-horsepower engine. It runs on a sophisticated 5.5-liter V8 engine that delivers 391 lb ft of torque and can race to 60 mph in just 5.4 seconds.
This fall, on the 10th anniversary of the event, Lori Raimondo will drive the Limited Edition 2009 Mercedes Benz on a 5,000-mile journey from San Francisco to New York City to raise money for the cause. During this trip, she will stop at 10 cities and meet important persons such as cancer survivors, businessmen, media and other related persons. She will also post blogs and encourage others to do the same, and upload photos and share their experiences.
This is her second such endeavor. In 2006 Mother's Day, she started out on a journey to raise $9,490, to denote the number of days her mother suffered from breast cancer before succumbing to it. She ended up raising $13,486.
