After a rewarding 25 years working in public education as a teacher, Ms. Yabsley found her true calling in vocational education training. Since starting her career in the vocational training field, Ms. Yabsley has held the belief that employees should come to understand the various cycles and rhythms that take place in the heart of their workplace. Believing that there is always more to learn, Ms. Yabsley is currently pursuing a master's degree in theology to complement a bachelor's degree earned in English adult literacy and numeracy from the University of New England in New South Wales. She is a member of the Australia Institute of Training Development, the Australian Institute of Managers, sits on the advisory committee of the Mining, Quarrying, and Digging Association and serves on the vocational training committee for the state of New South Wales. Ms. Yabsley also volunteers in her community for aged care services and her local church. In the next few years, Ms. Yabsley will have a succession plan in place to ensure her company's future is worked smartly, the funds are used wisely and the responsiveness of clients is maintained. Away from the demands of running her business, she enjoys traveling and sampling good food and wine.
