-- Michael A. Stelzer, Research Assistant for Old Dominion University, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership, and excellence in higher education.
Through 20 years of hard work, Mr. Stelzer productively represents Old Dominion University as a research assistant. Utilizing his expertise in electrical engineering, he conducts research and authors educational books. After obtaining his Master of Science degree in Electrical & Computer engineering, and a Professional Project Manager certification, he was granted a scholarship to return to school and complete his Ph.D.
Mr. Stelzer is quite the athlete, an expert in martial arts, having acquired over 140 black belt ranks from among various styles. He has also placed highly in several Body Building competitions and has received numerous Martial Arts Hall of Fame nominations from 1999 to present. Other interests include hang gliding, wrestling, fencing, and boxing. Currently, he is a life member of the National Rifle Association of America and a board member of the Korean Combat Arts Federation. In the upcoming years, he intends to become a full-time research engineer and state certified professional engineer (PE).
