Senter Goldfarb & Rice, LLC provides representation to the insurance industry and self-insured's, with particular areas of emphasis on the defense of products liability, government entity, school district liability, civil rights, construction and employment claims. Mr. Gendill is responsible for litigating insurance defense law including personal injury, construction defect cases and product liability. Prior to joining Senter Goldfarb & Rice, LLC, he was a Police Lieutenant in the investigations department in Bethel, North Carolina.
He attributes his success to his love for his profession and the support he received from the other lawyers. Becoming a lawyer has been the highlight of his professional career. Mr. Gendill received his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association and the Denver Bar Association.
