Ms. Nicklas became involved in her profession after starting as a pharmacy technician and realizing that she could not go any farther in her position. This led to her decision to move into the area of inventory and take a new career path. Twenty years later, as an inventory analyst for CVS Caremark, Ms. Nicklas utilizes those two decades of experience to expertly maintain the inventory of the pharmacy, order products, and handle invoices and out-of-stock orders. She is proficient in the areas of product purchasing, interpersonal and communication skills, and inventory management.

Attributing her success to her hard work and the fact that she has successful leaders, Ms. Nicklas feels that the highlight of her career was earning an MBA, which she received at Ashford University earlier this year. She is a certified pharmacy technician and registered pharmacy technician in the state of Florida. Ms. Nicklas is a member of the Florida Pharmacy Association and the Golden Key International Honour Society. In the coming years, she hopes to attain a managerial inventory position.
