Her daily responsibilities include overseeing family and mental health services. Trinity Community Support Services, LLC is a non-profit organization that offers aid to unstable families. She attributes her success to her hard work, passion for her profession and desire to help people. Mrs. Crowley became involved in her profession because she always wanted to help people and make a difference in their lives.

In addition to industry-related training, Mrs. Crowley received her Master of Social Work from the University of New Orleans in 2004 and her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work in 2002. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. In five years, Mrs. Crowley hopes to publish her book.
