With 12 years of experience as the director of operations for Stanley Security Solutions Inc., Mechanical Access Division. Ms. Loos is responsible for overseeing the production and distribution of quality products. She frequently conducts occupational hazard safety training and ensures that inventory levels sustain delivery to customers. She also ensures that all customer service issues are resolved in a timely fashion. In addition to her responsibilities at the Indianapolis Distribution Facility, she is also responsible for all aspect of sales, operations and service in Canada, for the Mechanical Access Division of Stanley Security Solutions, Inc. She became involved in her profession after starting as a temporary employee; from there, through her passion and drive, she worked her way-up to sales administration and then director of operations.

Ms. Laos received a diploma from Alameda High School in 1978. She is a member of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls. She has been recognized for outstanding performance in Ship Shore Operations and received Merritt Awards aboard the USS Kitty Hawk. In years to come, Ms. Loss would like to integrate product lines into the distribution center, obtain a 24-hour product line turnover, and utilize all past experiences.
