This recognition is based on a recent survey conducted by J.D. According to the results of the 2008 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study, Microtel Philippines, along with the entire chain of Microtel Inns & Suites, achieved the highest honor based on the responses of consumers who participated in the annual survey. The study covers six segments of the hotel industry, namely: economy/budget, luxury, upscale, mid-scale full service, mid-scale limited service, and extended stay. Overall satisfaction is determined per segment by J.D. Power & Associates' key measures, which include hotel service, hotel facilities, guest room, check-in/check-out, food and beverage, costs and fees, as well as reservations.
