Ms. Brandon originally trained in physiotherapy, and after relocating, she re-trained in counseling and mediation. She completed a master's degree in Applied Science, Adult Education, at the University of Western Sydney. Prior to establishing her sole proprietorship, she worked in community mediation for Relationships Australia, specializing in family and workplace disputes. In 2007, she co-authored "Conflict and Dispute Resolution" (Oxford University Press), and in 2012, she co-authored "Mediating with Families" (3rd Edition, Thomson Reuters). She has also published many articles on the subject, and has presented at conferences in Australia, New Zealand, the U.S., Canada and the Netherlands.
Ms. Brandon as an advanced practitioner member of ACR in the U.S. She is also a senior teaching and research member of the Dispute Resolution Centre at Bond University, and affiliated with LEADR. Looking toward the future, Ms. Brandon plans on consolidating her career.
