A 20-year veteran of her profession, Ms. Boreham is a veritable leader in the fields of business development, sales, operations, executive search, and human resources. In 2004, she re-launched the Atlanta-based A.J. Personnel & Recruitment Services as Boreham Search International (BSI) in New York City and Orlando. As managing partner of the boutique executive search firm, she is in charge of all aspects of business development, overall strategy, account acquisition and retention, and client services for medium-sized and large U.S. and global conglomerates. Ms. Boreham has been solely responsible for driving revenue for BSI since its inception, and has generated a consistent growth of 10 to 40 percent annually.
Ms. Boreham brings to BSI the business experience that she acquired in three continents. In the course of her two-decade career, she has worked in Sydney, London, New York, Dallas, Orlando, and Atlanta, honing her skills in such eminent organizations as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jones Lang LaSalle, McCann-Erickson, and clients such as UPS, BellSouth International, and the Australian and New Zealand Trade Commissions. Prior to joining A.J. Personnel & Recruitment Services, she lent her talents to ATS Staffing, the third largest staffing company in the U.S.; Southstate Management Corporation, a European and US commercial a real estate owner and developer; and Centacom Staff Pty. Ltd., Australia's largest staffing firm.
Educated in her native Australia, Ms. Boreham earned her Associate of Arts in Sales and Marketing from Sydney College of Business and IT. She completed coursework in money and banking at the University of Central Florida and completed a Dale Carnegie course and a Real Estate Salesman course. Deeply entrenched in major American/Australian business, social and cultural communities, she currently serves as Social and Cultural Vice Chairwoman, Board Director and Executive Committee Member of the American Australian Association, NYC. Additional affiliations include the Georgia Association of Personnel Services, the British American Business Group, the Human Resources Association of New York, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Central Florida Human Resource Association, the British American Chamber of Commerce, and the Australian-American Chamber of Commerce in Atlanta, of which she was once Vice President, Board Director and Chairperson of the Australia Day Ball, its signature fundraiser for 8 years.
Also an active member of her community, Ms. Boreham gives time to the United Way, Business Volunteers for the Arts, Forward Atlanta, and the International Business Club of America. She sits on the board of the Variety Club and on the sponsorship committee of the Tiffany Mills Dance Company. Ms. Boreham has been recognized with numerous honors for her involvement in various organizations. These include an award for outstanding service to the community from United Way, Atlanta; an appreciation award for many years of dedication and effort, and an award for creative leadership and continuing commitment, both from the Australian-American Chamber of Commerce; and an award in recognition of excellent work and service from the Australian Olympic Committee. She attributes her success to her integrity and commitment.
