/24-7PressRelease/ -- Minding Your Matters owner Janice Russell, and organizers Kc Coolbaugh and Katie Gracz will travel to Hope for Haiti Children's Center to continue organizing the orphanage. Coolbaugh and Gracz travelled down last summer for nine days to help the Center maximize its limited resources by designing and implementing much needed organizational and storage systems. They focused on the orphanage's medical supplies storage closets that contained items such as extra shoes, arts and crafts supplies and books. Over 70 children live at the orphanage in Ouanaminthe, Haiti, and organization is imperative to making daily life run more smoothly. During the upcoming trip the team will work in the kitchen and children's clothes closet.
"It's a unique way that we can use our industry expertise to truly make a difference," said Janice Russell, CPO-CD , President of Minding Your Matters . "We are thrilled to continue our efforts at the orphanage."
Minding Your Matters is collecting monetary donations and organizational supplies for the return trip. All donors will receive a tax deductible receipt from Hope for Haiti Children's Center. Specific needs include collapsible storage containers, shoe pockets, Ziploc bags, zip ties, shelf steps, pan and lid organizers, permanent markers, batteries and large rubber bands.
