An expert in retail and commercial design, Mr. Blankenship demonstrates 32 years of professional experience in architecture. He also assists with governing agencies' approvals, staff management, contract negotiations, construction administration, and client management. He has been a licensed architect in California for the past 26 years with subsequent licenses acquired in the states of Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Ohio, and Hawaii. Keeping current in his industry, he is a member of The American Institute of Architects and has credentials as a LEED Green Associate from the Green Building Certification Institute and certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Aside from his professional life, Mr. Blankenship is a private pilot and musician. He enjoys flying and playing guitar and bass guitar.
