/24-7PressRelease/ -- As the MODE staff worked throughout the day to place all the last pieces in order for the spectacular event at Sunset Lounge at Mondrian the skies opened and the rain began to flood the streets of Miami Beach. Nevertheless Mode Lifestyle Magazine has once again pulled off an event to remember. With the support of events promoter Erin Mia and her associates, not even the rain could stop the crowd from coming out and joining the fun. Between the music stylings of DJ Hannah electrifying the crowd, the fresh all white attire, and the gorgeous gowns by designer Yoly Munoz, everyone soon enough forgot all about the weather.
On hand for this star studded event included the likes of MODE's own President and Editor- In-Chief Alexander Michaels as well as his brother, who flew in from Europe specifically for the event, Sylvester Michaels. Additionally Uberto GUCCI came by to elevate the excitement as one the judges after the premiere of his new furniture line at Colombostile. He was joined by his business partners Alessandro Malaguti and Tatjana Labato. Also spotted rocking to the sounds of DJ Hannah were Dr. Marta Bali, well-known biochemist, wellness expert and designer, in addition to Alberto and Freddy from Where2Butlers. Fabulosity Event's Miss Wendy and acclaimed Miami artist NOEL were also on hand as well as other entertaining and exciting company. The celebrity judges panel comprised of Alexander Michaels, Ligia Zuniga - Swimmer, Dr. Marta Bali, Sylvester Michaels, Sir Eric Bonatti, the artist Noel, and Uberto Gucci.
The event was a sensation from beginning to end as guests took advantage of the beautiful backdrop of the Mondrian to snap photos, sipped complimentary cocktails and were visually stimulated by the creations of Yoly Munoz. Mode Lifestyle Magazine added the exciting element of launching their "MODE Cover Model Search" the night of the event with gorgeous models suited up in the ever eye-catching Sandra Yepes swimwear. MODE announced Samantha Franklin as the winner of the June 4th, 2010 model search on Wednesday June 9th, 2010. Samantha will be awarded an editorial shoot with MODE as well as a cash prize. Following this initial contest MODE will have three additional competitions for the "Face of MODE Model Search" ending with a final winner who will receive the honor of an exclusive cover editorial shoot with MODE as well as two additional editorial shoots with the increasingly popular fashion and lifestyle magazine. The ultimate winner of the "Face of MODE Cover Model Search" will also be a recurring figure at several future MODE events as well as MODE fashion shows. As always, Mode Lifestyle Magazine loves to show its support for local children's charities at all of their events. In support of S.U.C.E.S.S Foundation, a non-profit organization that serves children, schools, and educators, MODE donated one thousand dollars towards helping the foundation open new offices in Miami.
