/24-7PressRelease/ -- The leading specialist executive recruitment consultants MRL Financial is celebrating a successful year with a significant expansion of its operations in the Middle East, having opened its second office in Doha, Qatar.
The firm's new Qatar office will complement its already successful offices in Dubai, UK, France and Germany and gives MRL Financial's clients a full-time executive recruitment resource in two major commercial centres within the GCC.
This step reflects an explosive growth of economic activity in the region generally and in Qatar in particular, and follows significant growth of parent company MRL Consulting Group's operations in the past two years.
MRL Financial now has more than 20 consultants working full-time in the Middle East, of which 18 specialise in executive search. In addition, a further 60 consultants are based across Europe concentrating on international work.
The new Qatar office will offer specialist executive recruitment search, advertised selection, contingency search, psychometric profiling and agency management initially, and will be headed by Gavin Walford-Wright, the firm's Country Manager. The executive recruitment office will open with a staff of four with plans to expand rapidly.
MRL Financial has been at the forefront of niche financial executive recruitment consultancies establishing a presence in the Middle East, and has demonstrated its commitment to the region by sponsoring the Banker Middle East Industry Awards. The firm already has an established office within the international financial centre in Dubai, which has enjoyed significant growth and success.
At the same time as opening in Qatar, MRL Financial is also moving to a larger permanent office within the DIFC to facilitate further growth and diversification into the burgeoning contract recruitment market.
