My Barber's Lounge: "The Best Kept Secret in Prince George's County" Celebrates its First Year in Forestville, MD! (EVENT POSTPONED Until October 19 Because of Rain)

    FORESTVILLE, MD, October 12, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- My Barber's Lounge celebrates a grand first year of operations in Forestville, MD. The Forestville community calls the upscale barbershop for men, women and children the "best kept secret in Prince George's County!" The Customer Appreciation Day and Premier Anniversary Celebration for the Forestville location will take place on Saturday, October 19th at 3436 Donnell Drive between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Throughout the day of celebration, barbershop patrons will enjoy free food and drink, face painting, entertainment and receive discounted hair grooming services. All services purchased between Sunday (10/6) and Saturday (10/19) will qualify the customer to win an iPad-Mini!

The first My Barber's Lounge location opened in the Cipriano Plaza Shopping Center at 8831 Greenbelt Road last year. Since April 2012, the shop owner, E. Davon Kelly's vision for the barbershop has been realized: "It is an upscale barbershop where you will feel welcome when you arrive, be pleased that you came, and remembered whenever you return. Reminiscent of the experiences that I shared with my dad when he would take me to the barbershop, I opened My Barber's Lounge to honor him and those memories."
