South Beach, Florida-based My Ceviche was founded in 2012 by friends and business partners Roger Duarte and James Beard-nominated chef Sam Gorenstein. The eatery serves fresh local seafood and caters to all types of diners, including those with food allergies.

Earlier this month, the MenuTrinfo team also signed a deal with 20-unit Heidi's Brooklyn Deli. Founded 20 years ago in Denver by Heidi Naples and Steve Naples, the restaurant serves East Coast-style deli sandwiches featuring seven varieties of made-from-scratch, fresh-baked breads and handmade bagels daily, with house-made ingredients and fresh sliced meats. The menu also includes breakfast items, smoothies, salads, soups and wraps, along with vegan and vegetarian choices.
The growing concept is rolling out new deli items such as organic cheeses and grass-fed proteins that are nitrate and nitrite-free, antibiotic-free and free of additional hormones. The switch is an operational change that has taken Heidi and her partners more than two years to accomplish. To date, five locations now use these new high-quality items, including the chain's location at Denver International Airport.
