/24-7PressRelease/ -- The book 'My unique family' is coming to the US! 'My unique family' is written by Michelle Cadeau, a native Swede who now lives in West Orange NJ. The book first hit the shelves in Swedish in July 08. Now it is finally here - and in English.
The unique outline of the book makes it very special and a 'must have' for people in the multicultural community. The book is written for and about multicultural children and their families.
It is educational, inspiring and uplifting. Our multicultural and multilingual children have never been recognized for who and what they are. 'My unique family' emphasizes the greatness in being mixed and the multitude of positive things coming out of that.
In the book you meet different families from all over the world and with all different make ups. You will learn facts about many countries in the world and world geography as well as different languages.
'My unique family' boosts the mixed child's self-esteem at the same time as it show the mono cultural child how and why the mixed child is unique. This is the first book of its kind and sure to be a great asset to every family.
Michelle Cadeau resides in West Orange with her family where she is very involved in the multicultural community as well as in the regular local community. Michelle is from Sweden and her husband from Haiti and they have two sons.
Book release is scheduled for October 26th during the West Orange United Nation Day at Liberty Middle School.
