/24-7PressRelease/ -- Founded in 2000, MyKnowledgeMap works with companies across the public and private sectors, providing a range of systems, services and courseware that support the management of training and learning.
Their latest offering is Compendle, a software service which allows people to create and publish e-learning courses. MyKnowledgeMap was keen to create a system which could be used by tutors and managers without the aid of an IT technician, and they have succeeded in making Compendle intuitive and easy to use.
Compendle has already been successfully integrated into the systems of large organisations such as the Chartered Management Institute and the National Library for Health. However, it is now being re-launched as a stand alone service which can help anyone to create a customised course. A free version of Compendle is being offered online, as well as more comprehensive packages which offer greater amounts of storage space and extra features. These include the option to contextualise learning content by uploading personalised images and company specific material.
Rob Arnsten, CEO of MyKnowledgeMap said, 'We wanted to create a software service which used cutting-edge technology, but which didn't require users to have knowledge of that technology. Time is a precious commodity in business and education, and being able to customise and rebrand e-learning is a huge benefit to both busy HR departments and academic faculties.'
