Mr. Lewis most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Emerging Vision, Inc. ("EVI") (OTCBB: ISEE.OB), a diverse, publicly traded company with businesses in franchising, specialty retail, international group buying organizations, healthcare and financial services. Prior to joining EVI, Mr. Lewis served in various executive capacities for both public and private companies, including ProCare and New West Eyeworks, Inc. (Nasdaq: NEWI). Mr. Lewis also serves as an Associate Trustee at Dowling College and has board experience with companies in the transportation, real estate, and franchising industries.
