Mr. Al Dakheel has 20 years of professional experience in the foreign service. As the deputy chief of mission of the Kuwait embassy, he is responsible for assisting the ambassador and managing operations and daily consular affairs. Currently assigned to Washington, DC, he has had previous postings in Athens, Vienna and Paris.
A graduate of the University of San Francisco, Mr. Al Dakheel received his Bachelor's Degree in Politics in 1988. He credits his success to the support he receives from his parents, and aspires to become an ambassador.
