Cariola joined For Rent Media Solutions in 2004 as a general manager. Since she joined, Cariola is a three-time winner of the President's Club award, an award that recognizes the company's top selling account executives in the nation for their efforts. Under her leadership, the For Rent Media Solutions Los Angeles market has been recognized for its outstanding sales and operation efforts. Before joining the company, Cariola worked with Homestore, Inc. as a national account director and then as regional sales manager, overseeing both inside and outside sales.
