Ms. Byndloss has nine years of experience with West Side Collaborative Middle School. An expert in special education, she is in charge of overseeing the social development and academic progress of children struggling with learning disabilities. She considers watching special-needs children progress and working with people who have learned to cast their differences aside for a common goal to be the two most gratifying aspects of her work. She attributes her success to working hard and having her students' best interest at heart at all times.

She received her Master of Education from The City College of New York and her undergraduate degree in Special Education from New York University.
