N.A.E.R. membership extends throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Republic of Korea, Spain and Canada. The new officer's drawn from this diverse pool, will serve a one-year term in his or her new leadership role.
The new Executive Board of Directors include:

* Executive Vice President: Steve Richardson, Manager Recognition Programs, RBC Royal Bank of Canada in Toronto

* Treasurer: Tom Miller, President, The Miller Company, Texas
* Secretary/Past President: Debra Sikanas, President, Baudville, Michigan.
