Ms. Loving will be featured in the upcoming edition of the NADP 'Women of Distinction' Magazine in 2015/2016.

HANNACROIX, NY, October 13, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Treste Loving, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Simple Innovations Business Coaching, has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in Diversity/Globalization Consulting through the National Association of Distinguished Professionals. Ms. Loving will be featured in the upcoming edition of the NADP 'Women of Distinction' Magazine in 2015/2016.

Not long after she joined the US Navy 33 years ago, Treste Loving was offered the opportunity to work in at least six different countries with over 95,000 people, gaining great knowledge and experience with senior executives. Retiring after 26 years of service, she is now helping CEOs and business owners understand their diverse customers, clients, employees, and suppliers so that their organizations can increase their profits. Ms. Loving conducts workshops, various trainings and educational single trainings, creates strategies and plans, and develops diversity and global policies and procedures. Being a sole proprietor, she takes on the responsibility of ensuring organizations excel in the global market.

"I was well trained by the US Navy in the specific areas of equal opportunity and diversity/inclusion practices, procedures, and education," Ms. Loving explained. "Being an Equal Opportunity Advisor/Diversity Officer (EOA/DO) definitely contributes to my total understanding of diversity and inclusion, especially in the global market. The Navy is a highly diverse group, including military and civilian personnel, so I was exposed to all kinds of situations and issues in a number of countries with a diverse group of people. For over two years I was the senior EOA/DO in the Department of the Navy so I was sought out frequently for my expertise and experiences."

Aspiring to become the most sought after diversity professional in the US, Ms. Loving envisions being one of the world's leading diversity experts. A current member of ICF and American Management, she was also on the board of directors for San Diego Step, formerly Operation Home Front SoCal. Serving 26 years with the US Navy, she retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Magna Cum Laude from Strayer University and is the author of a 2014 book, entitled 'Global Dimensions: Super 7 of Global Success'. In addition to her business earning a 2013 San Diego Award as an Outstanding Management Consultant and having been awarded as an Outstanding Speaker, Ms. Loving is also a decorated veteran. One of her most important personal awards was for the work she did for surviving family members of those sailors killed in the Pentagon on 9/11.

Notably, Ms. Loving will be appearing on the front cover of NADP's 'Women of Distinction' magazine.
