Nearly one year ago the law firm added the "Client Login" feature to their website with the goal of improving their clients' access to legal representation. Initially, clients could only log in, view their bill, and pay by credit card. However, since upgrading their website, the law firm has increased communications with clients via the Internet. The latest improvements to their "Client Login" section, which went live earlier this month, include giving clients the ability to pay their bill by check or Electronic Funds Transfer, set up recurring automatic payments, or opt in for payment reminder e-mails.
