About Woman's Club of Englewood
The Woman's Club of Englewood was founded in 1895. Many of Woman's Club members have been intertwined with the history of Englewood. In 1985 alone, seventeen women gathered to be a potent factor in the development of the community and to promote its well being through a program of philanthropy.

Over the years, Bergen Family Center was formed, as well as Englewood's Library, and the quarrying of the Palisades was stopped. Today, they offer a college scholarship helping eight young women every year, as well as contributing to numerous local charities.
