Natural Grocers is Coming to North Dakota

    FARGO, ND, March 11, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage Inc. will open its first store in North Dakota. The Denver-based natural and organic grocery store will be located at 4517 13th Avenue SW in Fargo. An opening date has not been announced.

Family-run Natural Grocers was built on the principle that "consumers should have access to affordable, high-quality foods and dietary supplements, along with nutrition knowledge, to help support their own health." Natural Grocers will provide the active Fargo community with USDA Certified Organic fresh produce and other natural and organic groceries. The store will feature a mix of national brands and locally-grown, raised and manufactured products from North Dakota in a small, friendly environment.

Natural Grocers currently has 93 stores in 15 states, employing more than 2,000 people. As consumers increasingly seek out healthy, affordable shopping choices, Natural Grocers continues to expand its geographic footprint. The Fargo location is one of 18 Natural Grocers stores expected to open in fiscal year 2015.
