Craig joined the company in the new position of Vice President, Client Integration and Support. He will formulate the NDX philosophy and core strategy of excellence in client satisfaction and will develop operating systems and procedures that include continuous feedback and measurement to ensure exceptional standards of quality.

Craig most recently headed his own consulting business, supporting major publishing companies and direct-to-consumer marketing agencies with development and implementation of national distribution programs. His prior positions include Regional Operations Director for American Circulation Innovations and Director of Operations Development, CCN Facility, for the Tribune Company.

He also received the Los Angeles Times Publishers Award.
