NetServe Systems Donates $5,000 to the Orange County Black Chamber of Commerce for New Television Show
NetServe Systems proudly announces that it has donated $5,000 to the Orange County Black Chamber of Commerce, to be used for the development of a new cultural and lifestyle television show called Colorful OC slated to air on KOCE-TV.

    IRVINE, CA, September 24, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- NetServe Systems Inc., an IT consulting firm, proudly announces that it has donated $5,000 to the Orange County Black Chamber of Commerce Education Fund, to be used for the development of a new cultural and lifestyle television show called Colorful OC slated to air on KOCE-TV.

"During these difficult economic times especially, it warms my heart to know that companies like NetServe Systems remain committed to helping African Americans and other cultural communities reach their fullest potential," said Bobby McDonald, president of the Orange County Black Chamber of Commerce.

"I believe that it is our corporate responsibility to support the educational causes and the community at large," said Abdi Ahmed, founder and president of NetServe Systems. "We are thankful when large corporations invest in small businesses, like us, because it empowers us to give back to the causes that we hold dear."

Colorful OC is an opportunity for the mainstream community to get an inside look at Orange County's diverse ethnic communities. The bi-weekly program will air on KOCE-TV, one of the most watched PBS stations in America with nearly six million viewers per month. At least 16, 30-minute episodes are in the works.

The Orange County Black Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated its 25th year of providing quality business and networking opportunities to minority and women-owned business in Orange County.
