/24-7PressRelease/ - AUSTIN, TX, March 21, 2007 - For a Single FIXED FEE, NLI will remove the burden of managing your Network by providing everything you need for maintaining your servers, workstations, your Pocket PCs/PDA/Treo, and optionally: your phone system, cabling and more.
Our IT Managed Services are IT Services delivered to a committed service level (Typically under 4 hours response) in exchange for a PREDICTABLE fee with no long term contracts and cancellable by either party within a 30 day written notice
This includes:
· Unlimited Network Hardware and Software Support (labor only)
· All Management and Maintenance of IT Resources
· Data Backup Administration
· Off Site Storage Backup (10 Gig). Each additional 10 Gig adds $100/Month
· Unlimited Help Desk Support for End Users
· Email and Web Services (Hosting) for all your users should you need it (1 Domain)
· File and Print Services Management and support
· Unlimited installation of newly acquired Software or Hardware
· Optional Management of your Phone System (See Category 2)
· No Trip Charges will apply
· Most services can be performed remotely - but we will come on site when you need us
· Does not include Web or application development. These are services we do offer on a project basis
· If replacing Hardware or Software, the labor to perform the work would be INCLUDED in this agreement provided that the hardware and software is purchased through NLI. Any hardware or software not purchased through NLI will be billed at additional rates
· All projects involving additional hardware or software to the network (with the exception of new workstations added to the network) will be quoted on a project basis and will be considered outside the scope of the fixed fee Managed IT Services
· If purchasing/adding new equipment (i.e. Server, Workstation, etc...) it would add to the monthly recurring plan (pricing disclosed on Page 3)
· There is a 120 Day Minimum Engagement mandatory if the following requirements are not met at the beginning of the engagement for fixed Managed IT Services. This will allow time for the client to bring their network up to the minimum standards listed below during this timeframe and all labor hours associated with the update and upgrade process will be included in the fixed Managed IT Services agreement as long as any necessary hardware or software is purchased through NLI.
