The event takes place on August 25, 2006, and features Grammy nominated Holy Hip Hop Artist T-Bone, and a Bible Study led by Big City of Mind Right Productions. Other confirmed artists include: DJ Gabriel, Christside Souljahz and 5-time Grammy nominated gospel rapper Scoob Serious.
Faith Fighter Live is a collective effort between Holy Hip-Hop performers, business owners and ministries to serve as a vehicle to reach today's youth with The Gospel. The cooperative focus is spiritual development and life enrichment for young adults, and is accomplished through Bible Studies, Concerts, and Special Events.
Faith Fighter organizer Willie Hudson, affectionately known as "Pops", believes that "God is truly raising up a new generation of leaders... It is up to us to stretch them, inspire them and successfully reach this generation for Christ!" He is passionately committed to bridging the gap between Hip Hop Culture and Christianity through bible studies and other live events.
This year, Faith Fighter Live will give one new Holy Hip Hop artist the chance to share the stage with fellow Faith Fighters T-Bone, Big City and others. Sponsored by Gospellinks.com and WePraise.fm, the contest also offers prizes valued at over $200.
General admission tickets will be available for $20 beginning August 1st, and a limited number of VIP Tickets will be sold at $30 each. VIP ticket holders will also receive private round table bible study and a free gift bag valued at $65.
