/24-7PressRelease/ -- July 2009 marks the launch of the beautiful 23 year old French performer Stella to the New York and U.S. / International music scene. First on Saturday, July 18 at noon she will be performing at the Brooklyn Exposure in the return of Superfly Saturday performances hosted by Barry Mason of KISS FM 98.7. The following Saturday July 25 she will be joining band Electro Morocco in their show at the Prospect Park Bandstand in Brooklyn, NY. The show will start at 7:30PM sharp, doors open at 6:30PM. Stella will be featured and will perform some of her hot new original English songs at the show.
Stella is a fresh 23 year old singer songwriter born in Zaire, Africa and raised in France who is sharing her debut in the Pop and R&B scene.
Originally preparing for a launch in France her free spirited attitude drove her to go for her dream to perform in English for the international scene. She came to the U.S. in September 2008 and in less than a year she has learned English and started collaborating with multi-platinum winning producers, writers and artists like Jeremy Skaller and Jonathan Perkins of the Orange Factory, Israel of the Nu Firm, Frankie Storm and Jay Sean. She has co-written most of her six new original English songs produced to date. Her first album is slated for release in 2009.
Stella's music style is a fresh and unique blend of Pop / R&B and Dance. Her voice strong, clear, full of emotion and range, she has been compared often to some of the greats. Her visual style? Ooh la la! Stella is a drop dead gorgeous modern French girl that loves style. From her hair to her heels Stella represents part of France that everyone loves to see.
