New Independent Research Report Names Leaders in Marketing Measurement and Optimization Solutions

In naming Marketing Evolution a "Leader," Forrester specifically calls out Marketing Evolution's high marks for its "unified methodology, strategic services, and ability to optimize campaigns by placement, creative, and customer segment."

Forrester authors Tina Moffett and Jim Nail observe in the report that "marketers must use performance data to better connect with customers, applying analytics to delve into segment differences, channel preferences, message resonance, and product offer interest." However, "Marketing mix models aren't fast or detailed enough" and "Digital attribution lacks a holistic media view." Therefore, in its customer survey for the Wave evaluation, Forrester "found strong momentum behind the adoption of [Unified Marketing Impact Analysis] UMIA."
