TWL Author Talks is the brainchild of author and editor Dorothy Thompson of the Eastern Shore of Virginia and looks to be one of the most successful e-groups for writers of any genre. Any aspiring, as well as published authors, are invited to sign up for a chance to converse one-on-one with top bestselling authors such as Carly Phillips, Christine Feehan, Jenna McKnight, Karen Kay, Kay Hooper, Jennifer Blake and more in the upcoming months on such topics as how they became successful, their take on agents and publicists, the traditional markets and more. Each of these authors will come in on their designated week and answer questions from the members, plus they will be giving away autographed books as door prizes.
"I'm so happy that TWL Author Talks has taken off as it has," says Thompson. "I thought it would be so neat if there were a place where authors of any genre could come in and give us pointers on how to become successful. Only bestselling authors are invited to speak which makes this group unique.
