For management companies and service providers, the site provides "Leads-on-Demand", as all approved vendors who join the network can search service requests by city, state or zip code and determine which jobs to pursue.
"What we have done is set up an online meeting place where property owners can post service requests and approved vendors can view the requests in their area, see the scope of the job or service required and then choose to bid on that particular request. We use an independent third party vendor screening company to vet all of our management companies and service providers. This screening process ensures our vendors are fully licensed, qualified, legitimate businesses with sterling reputations."
